  • We can fit almost anywhere. We generally recommend at least a 6-foot by 5-foot area so the cart, equipment, and barista team can operate comfortably. Our mobile coffee cart requires a clear, flat space for setup and service.

    For power, our espresso setup typically requires access to a dedicated electrical circuit. Exact power needs may vary depending on the equipment and event setup, so we will confirm the requirements with you before the event.

    If your event is outdoors or power access is limited, let us know early so we can discuss possible options.

  • Yes. We offer whole milk, oat milk, and almond milk as standard options so guests can choose what works best for them. All milk options are available for most espresso drinks, including hot and iced lattes.

    We also offer non-coffee drinks such as chai, an assortment of tea, and hot chocolate, making the coffee cart experience enjoyable even for guests who do not drink coffee.

    Decaf may be available as an add-on upon request. If you have specific dietary needs or preferred milk alternatives, let us know during the booking process and we will do our best to accommodate.

    Our specialty espresso bar is designed to bring a café-quality experience directly to your event, whether you are planning an elegant wedding, a company appreciation day, a product launch, or an intimate celebration.

    We serve guests with handcrafted espresso drinks, signature lattes, non-coffee options, and warm hospitality. Every drink is made fresh to order by our baristas, creating a memorable experience your guests can enjoy throughout the event.

  • Our menu includes classic espresso drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, flat whites, Americanos, and espresso shots. Drinks can be served hot or iced depending on the event and season.

    We also offer signature lattes such as Goldcrest special, pistachio, rose, lavender, Spanish latte, and seasonal flavors. Our syrups are made in-house in small batches, giving each drink a handcrafted and elevated feel.

    For guests who prefer non-coffee options, we can serve drinks such as chai, an assortment of teas, and rich hot chocolate, so every guest is covered regardless of their coffee preference. Every drink is crafted fresh to order by our trained baristas, ensuring a specialty café experience at your event. :)

    Upgrades like drip coffee, cold brew, and decaf are available upon request.

  • Yes, Goldcrest Brew offers extensive customization to make your event truly one of a kind. We can brand the entire setup to match your event — custom branded cart wraps, personalized cups, printed menus, and overhead banners are all available. Our most popular add-on is the latte printer, which prints any logo, photo, or design directly onto the foam of each latte, it's always a showstopper at corporate events and weddings.

    We can also create custom menu items tailored to your event theme, or branded beverages for product launches.

    We're event specialists who love bringing creative ideas to life, so if you have something specific in mind, no matter how unique, just share your event theme when you inquire. If it's possible, we'll make it happen. :)

  • Absolutely. Guest customization is one of the best parts of the Goldcrest Brew experience. Guests can choose their milk — oat, almond, and whole milk , select their preferred flavor, adjust sweetness when possible, and decide whether they want their drink hot or iced.

    Our house-made syrups and signature flavors allow guests to create drinks that feel personal and special. Whether someone wants a classic latte, a lightly sweet rose latte, a pistachio latte, or a Spanish latte, our baristas make each drink fresh to order with care.

  • Goldcrest Brew is based in Dublin, California and provides mobile coffee cart catering across the entire San Francisco Bay Area, including the Tri-Valley. Our service areas include Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Danville, Walnut Creek, Fremont, Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, the Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay, North Bay, and Napa Valley.

    We regularly work with clients across Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and nearby Bay Area counties.   • Yes, Goldcrest Brew's mobile coffee cart is fully equipped for both indoor and outdoor events across the Bay Area. Indoors, we've set up in corporate offices, event venues, hotel ballrooms, warehouses, and private homes.

    Outdoors, we're equally at home at wineries, courtyards, rooftop spaces, and parks. Our setup is self-contained and designed to be flexible. We handle all logistics and coordinate every setup detail with you in advance so there are no surprises on the day.

    For outdoor events, we’d like to discuss power access, surface type, and shelter requirements during the booking process to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events, weekend dates, and larger gatherings. Popular dates, particularly spring and fall weekends in the Bay Area tend to fill up quickly, so earlier is always better. Booking early gives us the best chance to confirm availability, plan your menu, coordinate any custom details, and ensure everything is ready well before your event day.

    That said, we understand that not every event is planned months in advance. If your event date is coming up soon, still reach out and we will let you know our availability and what we can put together for you. We always do our best to accommodate, even for shorter notice bookings. :)
