Is this a coffee cart rental or a full-service coffee bar?
Every Goldcrest Brew booking is full-service: a professional barista runs the mobile espresso bar and makes every drink to order, so you get a staffed coffee bar rather than equipment to manage yourself.
Do you offer non-coffee drinks?
Yes. Matcha, chai and hot chocolate are available, so every guest has something to enjoy.
How much does coffee cart catering cost?
Goldcrest Brew quotes every event individually, based on guest count, service duration, location, menu, staffing, travel and any custom touches. Request a quote for a custom proposal with no commitment required.
What do you need at the venue?
About a 6×6 ft level area, a standard 120V outlet and reasonable loading access. The cart is fully equipped and works indoors or outdoors, including gardens and vineyards. A certificate of insurance is available for buildings and venues that require one.
Can you add our logo or wedding details to the cups and cart?
Yes. Custom branded cups and stickers, menu signage and cart styling are available for corporate events, weddings and brand activations, confirmed in your proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for weekend weddings, popular dates, large events and anything with custom branding. Last-minute requests may still be possible depending on availability.
